This has gone on for far too long! People should write something here. We are alive, I hope? So, what is your favorite kind of tea and why do you not like pancakes? (Also, favorite one of our million emoticons.)
I really like Lady Gray right now, although before that I was crazy about Licorice Spice. I think part of the attraction of Lady Gray is that it's almost impossible to find - or at least, I have yet to stumble upon it in a store.
As for pancakes, I don't like that it's so hard to get the perfect temperature (on a gas stove with cast iron) and maintain it.

I don't drink tea and I actually do like pancakes… So I guess I'm the anti-Mordred. _________________ The lunatic is in my head

Oh, I like pancakes. I just don't like how hard it is to make the perfect pancake. _________________ Question: |

Mmmm... tea, I do love tea. Earl Grey is by far my favorite, though lately I've been drinking Taylor's Yorkshire Gold. Yum! I drink it British style with milk and sugar (whole milk).
As for pancakes I like em, but I hate the way bisquick hasn't removed the transfat from it's recipe yet.

Tea is the greatest drink there is. The best is Roadside Wild, a wonderful black tea, but it's one of the most expensive around (right now, about $17.40/ounce) and is very rare (a tea local to the midwest, probably a microbrew sort of deal) from a shop not too far from me.
Other good teas are Orange Spice (even though I'm not a big fan of oranges) and Green Chai. Spiced Chai is good for clearing up the sniffles or waking yourself up.
One tea to avoid: Hazelnut and Chocolate. Horrible, horrible stuff. I like both hazelnut and chocolate, so I figured I would love it. I could not even finish half a cup.
Oh. And, uh... Hello! |

Hmm.. never tried (or heard of) most of those teas. Clearly I need to get out more tea-wise.
And in other news, Welcome back Elar! How's life? _________________ The road goes ever on and on, down from the door where it began. Now far ahead the road has gone, and I must follow if I can.

Life is life, and I've few complaints.
I'm planning a move to Virginia (Hampton Roads area) soon, to give myself a chance to get ahead. The area I'm in is too small, and Chicago is too saturated with web dev companies, so I'm not even going to attempt to compete there. I've some friends in the Hampton Roads area, and family not too far to the north, and there is a fairly large area there without being overly saturated with developers and designers.
My studies are almost finished (they should have been completed last Fall, but there were a few complications) and what I've got left is available in online courses, so I don't have to be in the area to take them.
I'm trying to take things slow and ride out the recession right now. Shouldn't be too difficult, I've enough savings to last a good while if worse comes to worst, but I rather regret I don't have the income to buy up a house or three and a lot of stock right now.
And how are things going for you, and for everyone else here? |

'Ello! I'm still here… working on my own MUD… I don't really know if I can work on MEM all that much, since I have a lot of school and I want to get my MUD into open alpha by summer. But I check MEM regularly. If any of you guys want to check it out, I'm going to try to have it open by this summer. Oh, and Mordred, thanks a lot for the Element Encyclopedia suggestion. It's an awesome book. _________________ The lunatic is in my head
